Cracker Barrel Grilled Chicken Tenderloins

Ingredients:
1 pound Chicken Breast Tenders
1/2 cup Italian Dressing
1 teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice
1 1/2 teaspoon Honey


Directions:

Mix dressing, lime juice and honey together. Pour over chicken
tenders, making sure all tenders are covered, marinate for 1 hour.
Braise tenders in a non stick pan or grill to lightly golden in color but
not dry.

This will start out with a LOT of juice, but hang in there! It will cook
down and turn a lovely caramel color. I make lots of this at a time as
it reheats well. The first pan of chicken you take out won't be as
golden as the last, as the last ones will have more glaze on them.
What I do is put the first batch back in the skillet after all the chicken
is cooked and rub it around a bit to get more glaze on it.
This is DELICIOUS!
